Black and White photos

These beautiful photos were taken by our dear friend, Tracy Wilcox, who is a professional magazine photographer and extraordinary "aunt" to Amelia.
We used the one of Jason holding Amelia (who was four days-old) on her birth announcement. It was the first of many happy father/daughter moments. He makes her smile and loves to teach her new things - how to pull herself up to a sitting position, how to "walk," and which are the best golf clubs around. In the photo of me holding Amelia, she's 11 days-old and wearing one of my baby dresses. She didn't fit into the dress for very long!

Three Generations!

Hey everyone! Here is Grandma Maria, who came from Thailand to stay with us for 4 months. Amelia's middle name Marie is after her Grandma. Grandpa Guy spent several weeks in Florida too, but had to work for part of the time.

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to Amelia's blog! Now far-flung family and friends can keep up with her. This is new territory for us so there may be technical difficulties for a while but keep checking in on us here in Florida.

Here we are at 11 days after she was born. She's wearing one of my baby dresses. Looking back, those first few weeks were a crazy, blurry whirlwind!

First the plan is to post a few earlier pictures....then we'll catch up.
